Terms and Conditions

Pasaporte a la Salud Blvd. Sánchez Taboada #706, Colonia San Gilberto, Guaymas, Sonora, México 85467 Last updated: August 31, 2026

Take a few minutes to read through these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before using pasaportealasalud.com (the “Site”) or booking services with Pasaporte a la Salud (“we,” “us,” “the Clinic”). Once you access the Site, book an appointment, fill out a patient registration form, or pay through the Site, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please hold off on using the Site or our services.

1. Who We Are

Pasaporte a la Salud is a wellness clinic in Guaymas, Sonora, México. We offer traditional oriental medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and nutrition and lifestyle counseling, under the direction of licensed practitioners, including a license to practice acupuncture issued by the Secretaría de Salud Sonora.

You can reach us at:

2. About the Medical Information on This Site

Everything on this Site (blog posts, service pages, testimonials) is here to educate and inform, nothing more. It’s not medical advice, it’s not a diagnosis, and it doesn’t replace professional care. Browsing the Site doesn’t create a doctor-patient relationship between you and us.

Before you start, stop, or change any treatment, diet, supplement, or exercise routine, talk to a qualified health care provider. Don’t base a health decision solely on something you read here.

Results differ from person to person. The testimonials on this Site describe real patients’ experiences, but they’re not a promise that you’ll see the same outcome. A few have been translated or lightly edited for clarity.

Read this alongside our full Medical Information Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

3. Who Can Use Our Services

We treat adults, and minors when a parent or legal guardian is present and has given consent. When you fill out a patient registration form, you’re confirming the information you give us is accurate and up to date. If, in our professional judgment, a condition falls outside what we treat, we may decline or stop treatment and point you toward another provider instead.

4. Booking an Appointment

You can request an appointment through the Site, by phone, or by email, and we’ll confirm it from our end. We’re open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00–12:00 and 3:00–6:00, and Saturday from 9:00–1:00 (local time in Guaymas, Sonora).

Need to cancel or reschedule? Give us as much notice as you can. If you’re a no-show more than once, or cancel late repeatedly, it may be harder to book with us going forward. On our end, we may occasionally need to reschedule too, if something outside our control comes up, like illness or an emergency.

5. Paying for Treatment

We’ll let you know our fees for consultations, treatments, and programs before you’re treated. If you’d rather pay online, you can use the PayPal link on the Site (paypal.me/pasaportealasalud), but keep in mind that once you’re on PayPal, you’re covered by their terms and privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

If a refund situation comes up, we’ll look at it case by case, in line with consumer protection law.

6. What We Ask You Not to Do on the Site

When you use the Site, please don’t:

  • Use it for anything illegal or that breaks these Terms
  • Try to break into any part of it, our servers, or connected systems
  • Copy or redistribute our content without asking us first
  • Upload viruses, malware, or anything similarly harmful
  • Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection to a person or organization

7. Who Owns What

The text, graphics, logos, images, and videos on this Site, along with the Pasaporte a la Salud name and logo, belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Feel free to view or print things for your own personal use, just not for commercial purposes.

8. Links to Other Sites

You’ll find a few links on the Site pointing elsewhere, like PayPal, our social media, or referenced articles. We don’t own or control those sites, so we can’t vouch for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Once you click through, you’re on your own and subject to whatever rules that site has.

9. What We’re Not Responsible For

We’ll be as helpful as we can, but there are limits. To the extent the law allows: neither the Clinic, our practitioners, nor our staff are liable for indirect or incidental damages tied to your use of the Site or the information on it. We can’t promise the Site will always run smoothly or stay free of bugs or viruses.

That said, none of this limits liability in ways Mexican law doesn’t allow, for example in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor or health regulations require us to stand behind.

10. Your Privacy

When you fill out a registration form, contact form, or the appointment page, we use that information to treat you and stay in touch, in line with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares. We take reasonable steps to keep your personal and health information safe, and we don’t sell it to anyone.

11. If These Terms Change

We might update these Terms now and then, whether it’s new services, a change to the Site, or a shift in the law. When that happens, we’ll post the new version here with an updated date. If you keep using the Site after that, we’ll take it that you’re on board with the changes.

12. Which Laws Apply

These Terms follow the laws of Mexico and the State of Sonora. If a dispute ever comes up over these Terms or your use of the Site, it’ll go through the courts in Guaymas, Sonora, unless consumer protection law says otherwise.
